Invitation Inserts and Order of Service
Click here to download a word document showing the standard invitation and Order of Service wording. Of course, you can compose your own wording, and choose from 15 different typefaces to make your special day more personal. Quotes, poetry or a special message to your guests can also be added to most of the Stationery available.
Order of Service/The Day are A5 size with a card exterior. You can choose the colour of the paper insert, and also a co-ordinated picture or symbol break.

Envelopes & Inserts
- Envelopes are supplied as standard with all invitations, thank you cards, note paper and reply cards (can be pre-printed with return address if required)
- A choice of paper colours, finishes and decorative edges for inserts are available
- Inserts can be pre-printed with backgrounds
- All insert and Order of Service/The Day wording is printed in black
Favour Boxes
- Favour boxes are availble in many shapes and sizes, please ask
- *Contents to be agreed with the client in advance
Childrens Bags
- Bags are supplied as close to the required colour as possible, with co-ordinating pre-printed names on card fronts or tags
- **Standard contents if the bags are required filled are: colouring pages, colouring pencils or crayons, balloons, stickers, novelty straw, 2 small games and bubbles.
- Standard contents can be tailored for different ages
Proofs
- First proofs are available free of charge (no more than 2 style sets per household)
- Changes to proof wording must be made in writing or by email
- Once proofs have been agreed, any further changes will be charged as a new order
Ordering
- Invitations and reply cards should be ordered 12-14 weeks before your wedding date and sent to your guests at least 6-8 weeks in advance to allow plenty of time for your guests to reply
- Any other stationery items should be ordered at least 6 weeks before your wedding, when you have finalised your arrangements for the day
Quantity
- There is no minimum order quantity
Payment
- A deposit of 1/3 of the total order cost is required once proofs are agreed
- Full payment is required before delivery (or on delivery if by hand) either by cash or cheque (made payable to K Haverson)
Delivery
- Please allow 4-6 weeks from proof approval to delivery
- Standard charge for local delivery by hand or post is £2.95 (larger orders will be charged at actual postage cost)
