INFORMATION
ENVELOPES & INSERTS:
Envelopes are supplied as standard with invitations, all postcards, thank you cards and brides stationery.
Invitations are available with or without inserts.
A choice of paper colours and decorative edges for inserts are available.
Inserts can be printed with picture backgrounds.
Wording can be printed in co-ordinating ink colours, although Order of Service / Order of the Day wording is only printed in black ink.
GIFT / CHILDRENS BAGS:
Bags can be supplied with pre-printed names or with a blank tag.
Bags are colour co-ordinated on request.
HOME CONSULTATION & BESPOKE DESIGNS:
A home consultation service is provided locally.
Final price for bespoke designs will be agreed at the time of consultation.
PROOFS:
First proofs are available free of charge.
Changes to proof wording must be made in writing or by e-mail.
Once proofs have been agreed, any further changes will be charged as a new order.
ORDERING:
Invitations and reply cards should be ordered 12-14weeks before your wedding date and sent to your guests 6-8 weeks in advance to allow plenty of time for replies to arrive.
For weddings during summer holidays it is recommended that invitations are sent earlier.
Order of Service / Order of the Day and any other Stationery items should be ordered a minimum of 2 weeks before your wedding, when you have finalised your arrangements for the day.
QUANTITY:
There is no minimum order quantity.
PAYMENT:
A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required once proofs are agreed.
Full payment is required before delivery either by cash or cheque.
DELIVERY:
Each card is packed individually in a protective sleeve.
Please allow 4-6 weeks from proof approval to delivery.
Standard charge for local delivery by hand or by post is £2.95
(larger orders will be charged at actual postage cost).
